Leavenworth is a charming little Bavarian town that sits in the midst of the Cascade Mountains, about 2 hours from where I live. I am childless this weekend because AJ went up there to play in the snow for a few days with his “brother from another mother” for the 4-day holiday weekend (Presidents Day).

I’m going to guess the boys will be sleeping well tonight, especially with all that mountain air.

Oh, how sweet! Thank you, AJ! Esmé will love this. She’s sleeping now but she will be thrilled when she sees it tomorrow. And WOW! Those mountains are amazing. AJ, I hope you have a great time in the snow. Paula, thank you! I can’t imagine having a childless weekend so will you sleep in for me? 🙂

AJ is too cute!! The boys seem to be having a wonderful time…aint nothing like a 4 day weekend! Leavenworth where I live is synonymous with prison lol.
