Thank you so much to everyone for reading and commenting on my post about beavers and entering my little giveaway!  I received such a great response!  My hope is one day we can all understand how important beavers are to our ecosystem (not to mention they’re cute as all get out)!

So on to the important stuff… the winner!  I truly wish I could send everyone a beaver ornament, but unfortunately, there can be only one (I’ll send a wildlife calendar to the first one who can tell me what movie that line is from… no googling)!  The Child did the drawing, see the video below (which is only about a minute).  It’s amazing how much he’s grown up from last year (you can see that video here).

So if the winner could kindly contact me, I’ll get the package off to you posthaste.

As well, a big thank you to my readers/my friends for following my blog, my running, and my life!  You are much appreciated!  (And yes, this song is on one of my running playlists, ;D)

        He actually does make game-play videos. I’m not sure how many he’s done, but he has a couple of followers, like 53 or so. Right now it’s a fun little hobby for him… but it would be great if he found his little niche, 😀

    Great video Paula ! Congrats to Angela and well done to AJ for a great performance in the draw video! Listening to that song by Boyz II Men reminded me of a group I saw at the Montreux Jazz festival a few years ago. I guess you may have heard of them, they’re called Naturally 7 – they’re totally awesome. They use no instuments at all. Check out this and other videos:

    As if to prove the point (about no instruments – though the beatbox guy doesn’t come across as well) someone did this video on the Paris subway:

      Thanks Mike! And we’ve seen Naturally 7 in concert… they opened for Michael Bublé about 7 years ago! They are an amazing group… and once we realized that they weren’t playing any instruments, we were blown away!! 🙂

        I know right!! It literally changed within a couple of days. He got hoarse, then the voice got deep. Watching him grow up physically has been mind boggling because it has happened so fast and at such a young age. He still has 3 years before high school, so still lots of growing to do! 😀
